The purpose of the conference was to bring together international researchers conducting basic and applied research on beverage crops, to showcase the latest research findings, and to network with colleagues from around the world. The conference featured keynote speakers from different fields, from coffee to grapes and wines, from fruits to juices, together with oral presentations and posters.
